Valentine’s Day Special – Chocolate and Almond Cream Cups

Valentine‘s Day Special

 

Cups of Cream with Chocolates and Almonds

 

Ingredients:

 

A cup and a quarter of the cream

100 g chopped chocolate

60 g of sugar

3 egg yolks

3 tablespoons cocoa

A teaspoon of vanilla

A teaspoon of almond extract (can be substituted with any flavor)

Top cream for decoration and chocolate cookies

 

Method:

 

In a bowl on heat, heat cream and chocolate until completely homogenized.

 

Add the sugar and stir until completely dissolved.

 

In a bowl, beat eggs with vanilla, cocoa and almond extract.

 

Add it gradually to the hot cream. Pour into oven cups, placed in a water bath and baked for 35 minutes.

 

Decorate with cream, serve with lots of love 🙂
