8 ozs turkey ham, cooked and cubed
10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of mushroom soup
4 ozs No Yolks egg noodle substitute, cooked and drained
1/2 c fat-free milk
1/2 c onions, chopped
2 ozs shredded white cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 8″ square casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine ham, noodles, and onions. Mix well; set aside. In a liquid measure, combine soup and milk; mixing well. Pour over ham mixture and mix. Spread ham mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
