Cook time: around 3 hours and 35 minutes (for a slower cooker)
- Coconut milk- 1 can (light)
- Brown rice- 1 cup
- Maple syrup-(2 tablespoons)
- Water-2 cups
- Vanilla- 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon-2 teaspoons
- Raisins- ½ cup
- Put the brown rice, coconut milk, vanilla, syrup and water in the cooker and leave it cook on low heat for approximately three and a half hours.
- Add the raisins and the cinnamon.
