Finally!!

I'll definitely check out Whole Foods. I don't know that I've ever had anything Icelandic...

Not coincidentally, I've tried this chocolate. It's absolutely worth seeking out because of how satisfying it is -- it's practically medicinal. It would probably produce transportive hot chocolate, cake, ganache, etc. Just raw is great, too. The dark and milk chocolate are entirely different beasts. Amazing!
